City Manager Mike O’Brien’s 2011 budget popped up on the city council agenda last night, but was sent to the Finance Committee before it was brought up for comment on the floor.
It’s deadline day here at Worcester Mag, so here’s the FY2011 budget in its entirety, provided without comment (for now).
One thing to note right away though is that the projected city deficit for FY 2011 is at $13.3 million.
