Yes, Joshua Fask of Worcester, MA was found one year ago tomorrow, June 30, 2010, at approximately 1:30pm EDT, onboard our charteryacht INTEGRITY at the Seaport World Trade Center Boston, which he had broken into sometime during the previous 18 hours. He was found by the yacht’s First Mate, who saw first-hand the very serious destruction of property aboard the vessel that had just taken place. Within 15 minutes, Mr. Fask was arrested by the MA State Police and taken to the barracks at Logan Airport, and one year later this case is STILL in court, unresolved.
The gravity of the Fask incident put the yacht out of business, and has taken a tremendous financial, emotional, and physical pain and suffering for its owner.
