If Congress can’t get its act together before midnight tonight we’ll experience the odd sensation of having a government without a budget. While there’s no need to go all “The Road” or anything, US Rep. Jim McGovern’s office has put together a list of answers to questions like “How does a shutdown impact me?”, What happens to social security and Medicare? And, do taxes still need to be filed?
