Worcester: Not as good a sportstown as we were
SportingNews has named Worcester the 179th Best Sports City in the country.
That’s not too bad, considering Lowell(331) and Springfield(353) both were far behind.
On the other hand, Amherst(141) somehow beat us out. Boston, the best overall, was the only other city from Massachusetts to make the rankings.
