The word from inside the Telegram is that it looks like half the cuts will be in the newsroom; it sounds like they are going to try to focus the majority of those on the copy desk. As far as buyouts, it’s tough to even speculate—the majority of people who even wanted the buyouts probably took them last time around. In any case, it will be weeks at a minimum before specifics come out about who is gone.
