Not to beat a dead garage, but we’ve got to stop this fallacy that the Union Station garage is early and under budget. A press release just went out from “The Construction Institute” (A pro-PLA group_ announcing a ribbon-cutting for Monday perpetuating the myth that everything went a-OK.
Yes, the garage finished under the last budget estimate, but seriously…as we detailed a few weeks ago, this thing is hardly on time or on the initial budget.
