Junk dealers and second hand goods dealers (does this include thrift shops??) in the big Woo could be facing new regulations.  The city wants to cut down on the stolen scrap metal business, which apparently is bustling partially on the strength of stolen copper piping.

AAS Deal: Expansion, kind of

“There’s an agreement in principle on the expansion of the American Antiquarian Society,” Palmieri tells the council.
Here’s the deal:
The AAS

Will NOT go forward with plan to buy the house and the lot
Will NOT construct a parking lot on the tennis court
Will NOT oppose the Montvale Historical expansion
