All of a sudden, with the primaries a few days away, Worcester is becoming a Presidential hopeful stomping ground:
- Barack Obama’s Worcester office will open this evening for a reception at 5pm above the HoneyDew on the corner of Pleasant and Main Streets.
- Hillary Clinton will be taking questions from people around the country during a “national town hall” with many sites including Worcester on Saturday; there had been rumors Clinton herself would come to town, but that looks like a no-go. An interview with Clinton will air on the Jordan Levy show tonight at 5:30pm on WTAG
- A bus tour with some legislative bigwigs including Sal DiMasi and Therese Murray will pass through town on Saturday around 4pm to pump up Clinton.
- And Deval Patrick will be giving a speech at noon on Saturday at Clark University on behalf of Obama.
