Yellow Box Support

Gone unnoticed on our first read of tonight’s agenda: Police Chief Gary Gemme has come out somewhat in favor of some sort of yellow box program…Barbara Haller is asking that the city get down to “brass tacks” and look beyond a small yellow box program solely in Main South.

Coming full circle

The City Manager just reported that he is projecting a $5 million gap for fiscal year 2009. I won’t even report on what the councilors are saying right now: you heard it all last in around. So here we go again…
